Guests must be 15 years or age or older. Must be used in 1 visit. Tax and gratuity are not included. This deal cannot be combined with any other offers. No cash value or cash back.

The Deal

Take flight over Chesapeake Bay and downtown Annapolis with a hands-on introductory flight lesson with Freeway Aviation. Choose from two lessons, including 20-40 minutes of flight time, for half off the regular price.

For $55, get a short tutorial, then sit in the cockpit and take the controls for 20 minutes of air time, normally $110.

Or, for $79, extend your experience with a 60-minute lesson including 20 minutes of ground instruction and 40-45 minutes in flight, normally $200.

Based out of Bowie, Md., this thrilling experience will teach you the basics including the four fundamentals of flight: climbs, turns, descents and straight and level flight. The ground instruction will cover the mechanics and functions of the plane and its controls.
