Modeled after the traditional New Year's concert in Vienna (Neujahrskonzert), "Salute to Vienna" features the music of Strauss along with professional vocalists and international champion ballroom dancers. Spend New Year's Eve at the lively concert at Ruth Eckerd Hall for half the regular price.

Orchestra seats in rows Y-DD are $36, regularly $72, for the performance Monday, Dec. 31, at 8 p.m.

Several cities in the U.S. and Canada present "Salute to Vienna" every year. A cast of more than 75 symphony musicians, European singers and dancers perform beloved waltzes, polkas and excerpts from operettas such as "The Merry Widow."
