$12 - Eureka Corn Maze: 'Fantastic' Fall Activity for 2

The Deal

Yahoo News calls the whole experience at the 12-acre Brookdale Farms Corn Maze -- including the pumpkin patch, zip line and playground -- "fantastic," and The St. Louis Examiner recommends this family-friendly autumn activity. With this Local Deal, up to six can tour Brookdale farms this fall for $6 or less per person.

Select from the following packages:

• For $12, regularly $23, two can tour the maze and fire three pumpkins from the pumpkin slingshot
• For $24, regularly $43.50, four can enter the maze, with five pumpkins for the slingshot
• For $35, regularly $64, six can tour the maze with seven pumpkins for the slingshot

The corn maze, which is the largest in the St. Louis area, isn't the only attraction. Admission also includes access to the pumpkin patch, playground, zip line and mini-mazes, as well as a draft horse and farm animal exhibitions.

This deal also offers the opportunity to fire the farm's unique pumpkin slingshot. Pick a few mini-pumpkins (about the size of a fist) and load them into the giant slingshot made of high-impact rubber stretched between two uprights. Then launch the gourds into the air where they'll travel hundreds of feet; pumpkin-chuckers can try to hit targets the farm has set up in the field, or just watch them fly.
