Vouchers can be redeemed immediately, starting Tuesday, Jan. 3 through March 11, 2012. Must call 866-706-3895 to place order. All meals must be picked up between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Mondays at the San Mateo, Palo Alto or San Francisco locations of Equinox Fitness Clubs. If a 1 month food plan is ordered from Metabolic Kitchen within 4 days of voucher redemption, receive 10% off that food order and a trial membership to Equinox Fitness Club. A 24-hour order cancellation policy applies. Limit 1 per person, but additional may be purchased as gifts. This deal cannot be combined with any other offer. No cash value or cash back. The weekly changing menus feature locally sourced, organic ingredients, and could include options like:
