With this exclusive Local Deal, two people can dine on a seasonal, five-course tasting menu of signature Southern dishes, with drink pairings hand-picked by Chef Humphrey, for $89.

Let the plates do the talking as you tuck into five courses that best tell the story of Dixie. The restaurant relies on highly seasonal ingredients, so the items listed below may change, but your meal could include dishes like:

• Sunchoke panna cotta, smoked oysters, crispy brussels sprouts and dandelion juice
• Acorn grits, soft-poached egg, duck crackling and sea urchin butter
• Chicken-fried quail, roasted trumpet mushrooms, spiced pecans and bourbon butter
• Grass-fed beef, coffee and chicories
• Bananas Foster souffle with malted milk chocolate ice cream

Each course comes with a signature cocktail, wine or beer pairing, subject to the discretion of the chef.
