The Deal

Hop aboard a 28-foot Navy Seal-style boat and zip around the bay during this two-hour cruise from Bay Voyager. For $39 per person, catch coastal views between the East Bay and the city on a 30-mile "San Francisco Bay Highlights" excursion, regularly $75.

Bay Voyager was the first tour company to debut this heavy-duty vessel, a 12-passenger RIB (rigid inflatable boat), constructed to mirror the boats used by Navy Seals in combat. Tagged as virtually indestructible, these boats make for a thrilling way of shooting around the bay waters, giving riders remarkable views of Coit Tower, a 360-degree sight of Alcatraz, the Alameda Naval Air Station and more. 

Tours depart from Jack London Square and can be booked Friday through Monday at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. or 4 p.m. (minimum of six people is required for tours to operate). Or, take a group of six out on the water for $225 and depart seven days a week on any of the available scheduled departure times. This package regularly costs $450.

Vouchers can be redeemed starting Monday, June 11, through Dec. 11, 2012. Reservations are required and are subject to availability. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time. The per-person deal is valid for cruises Friday-Monday at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. or 4 p.m. Any 6-person trip can be booked anytime during the week; call ahead to ensure availability. A minimum of 6 guests is required for the boat to depart. Not valid during Fleet Week, or on holidays or special events (such as Golden Gate Bridge Anniversary, America’s Cup specials, etc.). Bay Voyager reserves the right to cancel a charter due to weather conditions or mechanical problems. Voucher is subject to forfeiture if you cancel or reschedule your reservation with less than 72 hours' notice. This deal cannot be combined with any other offer. Tax and gratuity are not included. Must be used in 1 visit.
