ITK Culinary -- which stands for "In the Kitchen" -- offers a wide array of classes, giving everyone from rookie cooks to aspiring top chefs a spot near the stove. Pick from various types of cuisine classes, such as:

• Saveur Magazine Summer Favorites: Team up with Saveur to prepare some of the mag's favorite warm-weather dishes, such as the Southern staple pimento cheese, grilled sirloin steak with green sauce and roasted fingerling potatoes with bacon

• Official State Foods of the United States: Choose from five classes, with four states' official foods featured per class, such as the Natchitoches meat pie from Louisiana, crab cakes from Maryland or cheesy baked grits from Georgia

• Dim Sum II: Learn to make these authentic, traditional small plates, including pork and shrimp pot stickers, shrimp har gow, and fried tofu wraps filled with mushrooms, bamboo shoots and more
