The Deal

The FIA World Touring Car Championship is coming to the U.S. for the first time. More than 20 drivers are expected to be at the raceway in Sonoma on Sunday, Sept. 23, and tickets have been reduced by nearly 50%.

Tickets are available in the following seating areas at Speedway Sonoma:

• General Admission ... $20 (reg. $39.30 w/fees)
• General Admission w/ Garage Pass, Pit Pass, and Q-and-A ... $30 (reg. $59.30 w/fees)

Race speeds will be in excess of 100 mph in these turbo-engine machines from Chevrolet, Ford, Volvo and BMW. This event is the ninth race on the series’ 12-race schedule for 2012, which includes stops in Morocco, Italy, Brazil, Japan and Macau.

Travelzoo Tip: Kids under 12 are free.
