The Deal

North County Times named Aces Comedy Club "one of the hottest new entertainment venues" when it opened earlier this year in Murrieta, and Yelp users give it a perfect 5-star rating. For $15 (regularly $32), get two tickets to any show with popcorn at the club, which has hosted performers including Bobcat Goldthwait and Jimmie "J.J." Walker (of "Good Times" fame).

This deal is valid through early March for all shows Thursday-Sunday. Future acts include:

• Comedian and magician Justin Rivera, Dec. 6-9
• "Last Comic Standing" winner Dat Phan (Season 1), Dec. 20-23
• "Back to the Future"'s Tom Wilson, March 8-9 (reserve no later than March 7)

During the show, beer, wine and cocktails will be available for purchase; there is no drink minimum.
