Owned by actor Robert Redford, Zoom has won Best of State two years running for its American continental cuisine that Zagat rates "very good to excellent" (20). Experience this award-winning restaurant on Main Street in Park City with dinner for two for $49, regularly $102.
Fodor's praises the "Western-chic" decor -- the restaurant is housed in a former Union Pacific train depot and still boasts the worn wooden plank floors -- and Gayot names it one of their 2011 Hot 10 Salt Lake City Restaurants. With this deal, select:
• Any shared appetizer, such as the warm crab jalapeño dip with garlic crostinis, the white cheddar mac and cheese or the seafood ceviche
• Any two entrees, such as the house specialty Baby Back Pork Ribs with cornbread and poppyseed coleslaw, the potato gnocchi or the pepper steak filet with mango chutney, buttermilk mashed potatoes and wilted spinach
