Mini-passes can be used by one person over multiple days or shared among friends. They are good for one full-day adult ski ticket each day, to be used on any day of the 2011-2012 season. For example, with the two-day pass, use it to hit the slopes any two days yourself, or go one day and hand it off to a friend to use another day.

Diamond Peak "rewards you with some of the best views of the lake from any ski area," says Fodor's, particularly from the highest run that climbs 1,840 feet. The slopes span 655 acres of terrain, which cater to beginner, intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders. The slopes are open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
