The Fine Print

Vouchers can be redeemed starting Friday, March 25 through Sept. 24, 2011. Reservations are required. The restaurant is not open on Sundays. There is no limit to the number of vouchers that may be purchased, but only 1 voucher can be used per table -- one for every 2 people dining. Must be used in 1 visit. Tax and gratuity are not included. This deal cannot be combined with any other offers. No cash value or cash back. 

The Deal

Chef and owner Marco Roberti named his Italian restaurant after his grandmother and culinary inspiration. Taste the cooking hailed as "authentic" by the Portland Mercury with today's deal for a four-course dinner for two including a salad to share, two appetizers, two entrees, a shared dessert and two glasses of wine for $49, regularly $115.

For example, you could begin with a classic Caesar salad with your choice of toppings, then move on to the bruschetta appetizer or the "fritto misto" - a selection of seafood that includes shrimp, sea scallops and fried calamari. For dinner, Gilda's offers pasta and risotto options in addition to sea scallops and a daily veal special. Finish with a homemade dessert, like the blueberry pie.
