The Deal

Scissors Rox Paper Salon was named the No. 1 salon in Arizona this year by Arizona Business Magazine's "Ranking Arizona," and Yelp users award it 4.5 stars. Travelzoo subscribers can visit this chic North Phoenix salon for a blow-dry and style with deep-conditioning treatment for $25, regularly $70; or receive an hourlong facial and a paraffin hand and foot treatment for $39, regularly $105.

The $25 style package includes:

• 30-minute blow-dry and style

• Deep-conditioning shampoo treatment; the salon uses high-end Malibu and Bumble and bumble products (only sold by an exclusive set of salons)

The $39 facial package includes:

• 60-minute Brighten Up Facial, which reduces mild wrinkles and dark spots and is followed by a glycolic peel to rejuvenate the skin; also includes a neck, shoulder and scalp massage

• 25-minute hands and feet paraffin wax treatment, which softens the skin and locks in moisture

Vouchers can be redeemed starting Thursday, Oct. 11, through Jan. 11, 2013. The salon is closed Sundays. By appointment only; subject to availability. Voucher is subject to forfeiture if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice. Not valid on major holidays and holiday weekends.
