Two starters, choice of:
• Rainbow ceviche: salmon, ahi and hamachi with white soy, citrus and pickled jalapeno
• Millionaire tacos: yuca taco, lobster, ahi tuna and Japanese hamachi -- Zagat calls the ceviche "incredible"
• Beterraga salad: baby beets, Peruvian corn, spinach, watercress and queso anejo with orange-coriander drizzle
• Squash blossom and tetilla cheese quesadilla with butternut puree and heirloom tomato pico de gallo

Two entrees, choice of:
• Grilled Kobe skirt steak with Huancaina potato
• Yuca-wrapped mahimahi with shrimp, shaved calamari and roasted garlic
• Jidori chicken with jicama slaw and potato frites in duck fat

Two desserts, choice of:
• Crema Catalana with sherry-glazed berries and coconut tapioca
