Enjoy the country-club-inspired design scheme and a three-course dinner for two paired with an amuse bouche plate and champagne for $59, regularly $154.

This exclusive chef-prepared menu begins with shared amuse bouche and includes the following options:

First course (choice of two):
- French onion soup gratinée with Vidalia onions, sourdough croutons and Gruyère gratinée
- Meritage salad with field greens, goat cheese, organic apple and Banyuls vinaigrette
- Caesar salad

Second course (choice of two):
- Smoked prime rib with au jus, horseradish cream, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and asparagus
- Free-range organic chicken breast with Yukon Gold mash potatoes and caramelized brussels sprouts
- Prime flat iron steak with Brandt beef, Yukon Gold mash potatoes and asparagus
- Cedar plank salmon with a maple glaze, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and asparagus

Third course (choice of two):
- Crème brulée with Tahitian vanilla and fresh berries
- Seven-layer chocolate cake layered with white and dark chocolate mousse and garnished with cocoa nib and raspberry compote
