• A 20-minute foot and hand scrub, which uses a milk and honey sugar scrub to slough off dead skin cells and smooth rough hands and feet

• A 15-minute foot reflexology treatment, which relieves tension and improves circulation via pressure applied to the foot reflexes, or 15-minute foot soak with mineral bath salts from the shores of Brittany, France
