Lunch comes with two kinds of pickled herring, three half smorrebrod --an open-faced sandwich considered to be "the Danish national dish" (The New York Times) --fish cakes with kale salad, crispy skin pork roast and Danish rice pudding with hot cherry sauce
Or, for $59 (reg. $115), get dinner for two with cocktails
For dinner, select any two first courses, such as beef tartare or gravad salmon, and any two second courses, such as roasted duck breast with lollipop kale or steamed hake with clams, leeks and dill
End with a dessert to share, such as chocolate mousse with black currants, salted caramel and sumac
