For $65, regularly $130, two can dine on a chef's tasting menu of traditional and exotic Indian dishes that helped Chef Mathur earn a prestigious Michelin star in 2011 at this Midtown standout.

With this exclusive deal, each guest will enjoy a tasting menu from Chef Mathur that includes:

• Tomato rasam with lentils, whole red chiles, mustard seeds and curry leaves

• Crab cakes with mustard seeds, whole red chiles, ginger and curry leaves, served with cabbage slaw

• Shrimp moilee served in a coconut-curry leaf sauce with tomato rice and okra chips

• Apple-chili pepper granita

• A trio of pistachio, karai and mint chicken served with garlic naan

• A choice between Chef Mathur’s tandoor-grilled lamb chops with south Indian potatoes and pear chutney, or tandoori wild boar chops seasoned with ginger, garlic, yogurt, cardamom, mace and saffron
