Step into one of the spacious massage rooms for one of the following massage options,  each performed by a highly trained massage therapist who learned techniques in Thailand or from a teacher who trained there:

• Deep tissue: Works deep into muscles and uses acupressure to rid the body of knots and stress

• Traditional Thai Yoga: A traditional practice that incorporates gentle rocking, stretching and acupressure to relieve stress and open up joints

• Aroma Oil Body Treatment: A combination treatment that features gentle stretches, long strokes, acupressure and aromatherapy, such as sweet almond lemongrass or grapeseed eucalyptus massage oil

• Thai Herbal Massage: A treatment that mixes massage with warm, homemade herbal compresses made of fresh lemongrass and turmeric
