Vouchers can be redeemed starting Wednesday, Sept. 21, through Dec. 20, 2011. Reservations are required and subject to availability. Not valid on Fridays and Saturdays. The restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Blackout dates are Nov. 23-27. Valid for dine-in only. No substitutions for menu items. Must be used in 1 visit. Seasonal items subject to change. Zagat rates the food at mar'sel at Terranea "excellent" (24) and the setting "extraordinary" (27), and also placed it on the Best of LA's South Bay list. We were so impressed with the restaurant's sweeping ocean views and fresh California cuisine, our Deal Experts negotiated an exclusive dinner for two paired with wine for $79, regularly $172.

For this menu, Chef Michael Fiorelli -- who worked at The Inn at Little Washington and Simon LA -- sources local ingredients, including some from the eatery's herb and citrus garden. Select:

Choice of a starter per person:
• Daily farmer’s market salad
• Roasted young beets with dried cranberries, hazelnuts, goat cheese, asparagus and an orange vinaigrette

Choice of an entree per person:
• Crispy Shelton Farm’s chicken with black rice, barley and beet greens
• Paccheri bolognese: homemade ricotta with English peas
