The bar's art deco-accented space and speakeasy vibe set the stage for sipping old-timey cocktails like a Kir Royale or classic white peach Bellini. Delight in two flights, cocktails or glasses of the monthly selection of white, red or sparking wine (up to $18 each). Pick from six different flights, including a trio of roses or dessert wines, or opt for any of the specialty drinks on the drink menu.

Pair these drinks with a dessert or cheese plate (up to $18), including POP's signature souffle du jour.
