$25 - Dinner, Live Mariachi & Margaritas for 2 at La Fonda

The Deal

La Fonda Supper Club has fused live mariachi entertainment with its authentic Mexican dining since 1968, and now Travelzoo subscribers can experience dinner and a show at this cultural institution on Wilshire near downtown. For $25, two can take in the mariachi show and dine on $50 worth of any food from the dinner menu plus two house margaritas. This dinner is regularly $68.

Start off with two house margaritas, beers or sodas. With the $50 food credit, two could enjoy a dinner such as:

• Fresh ceviche appetizer to share, served in tortilla shells with avocado, tomato and onion ($10)
• Pollo en salsa mostaza: grilled chicken in mustard chipotle sauce -- a house specialty served with rice and seasonal vegetables ($23)
• Cheese enchiladas rojas topped with red sauce and queso fresco ($17)

Rated 4 stars on Citysearch and featured on My Fox LA's Best of LA, La Fonda showcases celebrated mariachi groups like Mariachi Los Reyes -- who have performed at The Hollywood Bowl -- and Las Colibri. Shows are available Thursday, Friday and Sunday evenings with this deal. Select a seat on either level of the two-story dining room for prime views of the stage.

This dinner is also available for four people for $49, regularly $136.
