The Deal

Gayot calls out the "locally sourced ingredients" served in "a rustic space inspired by the Prohibition era" at The Six. For $45, regularly $92, Travelzoo subscribers can savor dinner for two with wine or beer at either the West LA or Studio City location of this eatery that PopSugar says you should add to your "must-try list."

The Six's seasonal and locally inspired menu is based around the concept of six carefully picked dishes for each course. Select:

• Any two starters or sides (up to $13 each), such as crispy salmon cakes with Thai citrus aioli or Prince Edward Island mussels

• Any two entrees, pizzas or selections from the Early Spring Menu (up to $23 each), such as pot pie with slow-roasted chicken or the Six burger on brioche with Maytag blue cheese -- praised by LA Weekly

• Any two glasses of wine or beer (up to $10 each); LA Weekly lauds the "well-chosen list of unusual craft beers on tap" (you may alternately apply the $20 beverage credit toward any bottle on the wine list)

Or for $19, savor Saturday brunch for two with two mimosas, regularly $36. Each person will choose one entree, like waffle sliders (with fried egg, cheddar and Debecca Farm bacon) or strawberry and banana waffles
