The Deal

Savor dinner and a show with this exclusive Local Deal at La Fonda Supper Club. For $55, regularly $110, Travelzoo subscribers get a four-course dinner for two, followed by an hourlong live mariachi show at this Wilshire institution, which has been showcasing mariachi since 1968 and was featured on FOX My 13's Best of LA.

With this Travelzoo-exclusive menu, dine on:

• Appetizer platter of queso fundido, ceviche, guacamole and chips
• Two soups or salads
• Choice of two entrees, like carne asada (charbroiled skirt steak) or enchiladas de tomatillo with shredded chicken breast
• Two desserts (tres leches cake or strawberries with cream)
• Two soft drinks

Or, choose to attend the Sunday brunch and live mariachi show for $30, regularly $60. Brunch includes shared sweet bread, a shared fruit plate, a choice of two entrees (from a Travelzoo-exclusive menu), two Mexican coffees and two mimosas or glasses of Champagne. Choose from entrees like huevos con chorizo or chilaquiles (crunchy tortillas in homemade red sauce with eggs any style). 

Mariachi shows occur twice a night from Wednesday through Saturday, during Sunday brunch and on Sunday evenings. La Fonda is currently showcasing the groups Mariachi de los Reyes, Las Colibri and Ballet Folkorico.
