We came at 2:00 and the last seating was at 3:00. The breakfast buffet was cold and very picked over (nothing was refilled or changed when we came or while we were there). I would not pay full price for this brunch, but for the Travelzoo price it was a good deal only because you receive three courses in addition to the buffet (which was very minimal and basic, like something you'd see at a Marriot or Hyatt complementary breakfast). This was not our big issue with the experience though, the service was. Upon initially sitting down, we waited at the table for 5 minutes and no one came to take our drink or menu order or even fill our waters, so we decided to go up to the buffet thinking that when we came back we would have our glasses filled. After going up to the buffet our water glasses were still empty when we arrived back at the table. We began to eat our meal and after another 7 minutes still no one came. (The restaurant was not overly busy and there were a lot of waitstaff, mangers, and bussers walking by us the entire time). We then waved a manager over and explained all of this to him. He quickly brought us drinks and filled our waters himself. We continued eating for another 10 minutes after the manager left and still no one came to take our food order, so we then waved down a hostess and explained to her that we did not have a server. A few moments after that a server came to our table and took our food order. Throughout the meal, mangers who were waking around were attentive to refilling my champagne. Although, despite the fact that we had three different courses brought to us and cleared on three separate occasions, no one (not our sever, mangers, or bussers) refilled my boyfriend's orange juice the whole time we were there, and it was entirely empty 10 minutes after our sever brought it. After finishing our main courses, I ordered a coffee to go with my dessert. The dessert was brought out instantly after our plates were cleared and my coffee did not arrive until after we were through eating dessert; and the coffee was cold and tasted stale. As soon as the coffee was brought, we asked for our check. It took our waitress 12 minutes to bring the check and we were standing up, ready to leave, at our table while we waited. When she brought the check the bill read "Travelzoo $55, tax $4, Total $59". I asked our waitress how much we would be charged and she told us $59. She said, you guys got the deal, 2 for $55. I told her that I already paid the $55 on Travelzoo and that's why I gave her the voucher. She said that she did not know anything about this and went to talk to a manager which then took her another 10 minutes. When she came back, the $55 had been discounted and my boyfriend asked her if they sold Travelzoo at the restaurant and she responded with a "no" (in a tone like, that was a stupid question, why would you ask that). And my boyfriend said, "oh, well, why did you try to charge us $55 for the voucher on the bill then, I thought maybe you must have sold them at the restaurant too? " She did not directly respond to the question, she simply said, "I went ahead and discounted it. Have a nice day, " and walked away. Also, I noticed that all of the other two - tops received a two-tiered dessert tower with a good variety of desserts (which included chocolate strawberries, macarons, and cake-pop looking things) and we only received one small plate with a much smaller variety of desserts with none of the above mentioned selections (which I was particularly looking forward to)...I understand that the dessert is a "chef's selection" and that it is not one set thing, but every single table sitting down did have the strawberries and macarons; and I know it is not because the kitchen simply ran out because two-tops who received desserts after us did receive them.

I like the idea of a mini buffet and three course meal as a brunch. Also, the place is beautiful with a comfortable atmosphere (both the outside and inside seating). The food off of the menu was delicious.

Service was great!!! And that makes it special.

Mediocre food, waffles too soft, blintzes too sweet, would be great to see better choice of fresh bread and vegan options, some desserts were plain bad tasting. There is room for improvement. Great omelettes though.

The service was horrendous, it took two hours for out entrees and the server forgot we were even there.
