The Fine Print

Vouchers can be redeemed starting Saturday, Dec. 31, through March 31, 2012. Not valid on Jan. 28 or March 3, 2012. Limit 1 voucher purchase per person; additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts. Lunch reservations are required and must be made 72 hours in advance. A dress code is maintained. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to patrons deemed inappropriately attired. This deal cannot be combined with any other offer. No cash value or cash back. Must be used in 1 visit.

The Deal

With this $35 Travelzoo Local Deal, spend a day at one of the first races of the winter and spring meet at Santa Anita Park. The deal includes admission to The Turf Club -- the racetrack's most luxurious experience with prime views of the finish line -- lunch inside, a program guide and valet parking. This package is regularly up to $72.25.

Set against the backdrop of the San Gabriel Mountains and opened in 1934, Santa Anita Park is Southern California's oldest racetrack. The Turf Club is Santa Anita's most luxurious experience, complete with a Chandelier Room with palm trees and overstuffed couches. The club offers guests upscale, sit-down dining indoors or on The Turf Terrance, personal service, easy access to wagering services and comfortable seating with a prime vantage point of the finish line. A dress code is maintained.

This deal includes lunch with a choice of one entree (such as The Turf Club corned beef on artisan deli rye or the classic Cobb salad) and one dessert from the menu (such as a slice of pie baked fresh daily in the on-site pastry shop) plus a beverage.
