The Deal

Set in a Mayan-inspired four-story building, the Fairmont room includes a private terrace or balcony overlooking the pool, water canals or tropical forest. Book this room for $499 for three nights, and get an upgrade, based on availability at arrival, to a Deluxe room in a more intimate casita. Extend the getaway to four nights for $679 or five nights for $849.

Or, unwind in a Signature Casita room, scattered in upscale casitas throughout the resort, for $599 for three nights. Extend the trip for $200 per additional night. These large rooms offer views of the tropical forest and the resort's lagoon and water canals. This package includes an upgrade, based on availability at arrival, to a Beach Area Casita with private check-in at the room and exclusive butler service. 

The eco-friendly resort spans 47 acres along a network of canals. Pedal around on one of the BMW-manufactured bicycles stationed throughout the property, or hitch a ride on the golf carts and wooden boats that take guests between the lobby, five pools and the beach. Another highlight: the 18-hole El Camaleon golf course (host to The Mayakoba Golf Classic, Mexico's only official PGA Tour event).

Use the daily resort credit to dine at three restaurants (two that are AAA 4-Diamond Award winners), or toward the purchase of a 60-minute or longer spa treatment per day.

Another bonus: The packages are family-friendly, with free stay, play and eat perks. Ages 17 and younger stay free. Ages 4-12 can play for three free hours daily in the supervised kids club. Plus, two kids 5 and younger eat free (off the children's menus) in La Laguna, El Puerto and Las Brisas restaurants; meals for kids ages 6-12 also are half off at these three restaurants.

Terms and Conditions
Once the room is reserved with the hotel, hotel cancellation policy prevails. No penalty for cancellations prior to seven days of arrival. For cancellations within seven days of arrival, the entire voucher will be forfeited. Any unused credit will be forfeited upon checkout.
