The Deal

This special at the Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo is $395 per night with a three-night stay (that's $1185 per couple) and includes a $50 resort credit and a round of golf. Travel May 2 - July 21 or Aug. 18 - Nov. 16.

Named by Frommer's as the "most luxurious and impressive large-scale resort" in the country, this resort also nabbed spots on Travel and Leisure's Top 500 list and Conde Nast Traveler's Gold List for the past five years.

Highlights include multiple restaurants and a lounge, three pools, an 18-hole Arnold Palmer-designed golf course, complimentary snorkeling and an upscale spa using local ingredients such as rain forest mud.

The kids summer program is for ages 4-12, and includes daily supervised activities including arts and crafts, sandcastle building and nightly story-time.
