Vouchers can be redeemed starting Saturday, Oct. 1, through Jan. 25, 2012. Reservations are required. Brunch is available from 11:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays only. Limit 2 vouchers per table. Voucher must be used in 1 visit. May buy additional as gifts. Must be 21 or older to drink alcohol. No cash value or cash back. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Tax and gratuity are not included. An 18% gratuity based on the full value of the check will be included upon payment. Dine-in only. Not valid on major holidays.

The Deal

Public Kitchen and Bar in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel features plates by award-winning Executive Chef Tim Goodell. For $49, two people can sink into one of the deep leather banquettes with brunch and bottomless mimosas or bellinis, regularly $97.

Sit under the grand gold chandeliers and begin with fresh, warm scones, butter and homemade preserves followed by the below dishes:

• Any two brunch appetizers, such as asparagus salad, Balik salmon "tartine" and squash blossoms

• Any two entrees, such as lemon ricotta pancakes with seasonal berries, diver scallops with zucchini risotto, or butcher's steak frites with bone marrow butter

• Any shared dessert, such as warm berliners or salted caramel pudding

• Bottomless mimosas or bellinis
