The Deal

Public Kitchen and Bar in the iconic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel crafted a unique bottle-service experience exclusively for Travelzoo subscribers. Up to four people can sit down for up to eight cocktails made with a choice of top-shelf spirit and gourmet mixers, as well as chef-selected appetizers for $59, which equates just $14.75 per person.

The service is fully customized to the group, and takes place in Public's dining room amid marble-top tables, subtle leather seating and soft lighting from grand chandeliers. With your group's tastes and preferences in mind, the mixologists will prepare a beverage tray for your table with the following:

• Your choice of one of these 375 ml bottles: Bombay Sapphire Gin, Tito’s Vodka, Jack Daniels or 1800 Tequila

• Hand-crafted mixers made with special juices, fruits, herbs and elixirs, such as blackberry-lavender syrup to pair with vodka or a house-made sour mix to pair with the whiskey. Standard mixers, such as soda water and tonic are also available

• Fresh garnishes like blue cheese-stuffed olives, herbs and blackberries are added to complement the beverages

• Two appetizers selected each night by award-winning Executive Chef Tim Goodell

When reserving your table, let the host know which spirit you want. Not valid on major holidays and holiday weekends. Appetizer selections are at the discretion of the chef; allergen and other dietary restrictions will be accommodated when possible. Valid for dine-in only.
