Vouchers can be redeemed starting Wednesday, Aug. 1, through Dec. 15, 2012. For the $139 package, during the 2-week period, member pricing applies to all services. A family pass covers an individual, his/her spouse and all dependent children (up to 21 years old) living with parents. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined to create longer memberships (i.e. buying 2 vouchers is not valid for a 1-month membership for an individual or household). The 2-week pass begins on the day of your first spa visit; the 1-day pass is valid on the day of your spa visit. Spa appointments are required and MUST be made by phone; cannot be made online. Limit 2 voucher purchases per household; may buy additional as gifts for non-household members. The 2-week pass is not valid for current member dues. Voucher is subject to forfeiture if you cancel or reschedule your spa appointment with less than 24 hours' notice. This deal cannot be combined with any other offer. Tax and gratuity are not included. The $139 package may be used across multiple spa visits; the $49 package must be used in one visit.
