Subscribers can order seasonal French-California dishes from a prix fixe menu crafted by Executive Chef Christian Nam-Hee, a Paris native who attended L'Ecole de Paris des Métiers de la Table. Receive a glass of sparkling wine per person, then choose:

Two starters:
• Soup of the day
• Asian pear salad with feta cheese and candied pecans
• Caprese salad with Italian basil, balsamic reduction and fried shallot
• Baby back ribs marinated in a pineapple puree

Two entrees:
• Beef bourguignon with bacon, pearl onions and button mushrooms
• Pan-seared Day Boat scallops served with asparagus risotto
• Tiger prawns pan-seared and served over a bed of spinach with rice
• Salmon topped with a creamy pesto sauce

Two desserts:
• Dark chocolate and white chocolate mousse over chocolate cake
• Vanilla bean custard baked with a croissant, topped with Nutella and vanilla ice cream
• Crepes Chantilly served with vanilla Chantilly and strawberries
