The Deal

Available Sundays-Thursdays Dec. 7 - March 10, this deal also includes two lift tickets and a group ski clinic in time for the height of ski season.

The resort offers 23 different ski runs, catering to all ski levels. Tubing, snowmobiling, snowboarding and cross-country skiing are also popular winter activities at this year-round destination. Grab some casual fare at the restaurants located at the top of the hill -- including pork chops glazed in Michigan maple syrup, and a selection of beers from local microbreweries.

Known as Michigan's "Alpine Village," downtown Gaylord is a 15-minute drive from the resort and features a charming shopping district and cozy restaurants.

Gaylord is about three hours from Grand Rapids and four hours from Detroit.
