The Deal

Zagat praises the "artfully prepared" mountain cuisine at Golden Eagle Inn Restaurant of Beaver Creek, rating both the food and service as "very good to excellent" (22). Vail Beaver Creek Magazine says owner and maitre d' Don Bird exemplifies "the epitome of service." With this deal, purchase a three-course dinner for $29 per person, regularly $58. 

This dinner includes:

• Any appetizer like the popular seared buffalo carpaccio served with capers and pecorino cheese or fried calamari with spicy aioli and house-made marinara (up to $14)

• Any entree such as the Boulder flatiron steak with sweet corn poblano hash and fried shallots, or the popular hazelnut-pancetta-encrusted Rocky Mountain trout served with haricot vert (up to $30)

• Any side including smoked mac n cheese, or roasted garlic mashed potatoes (up to $6)

• A dessert like the layered chocolate peanut butter cake made with whipped peanut butter creme and a graham cracker crust, or a buttermilk strawberry shortcake topped with port berry sauce and honey-ricotta whipped cream (up to $8)

Golden Eagle is located at the base of the Beaver Creek trail lifts in the heart of Beaver Creek Plaza. This deal is redeemable through early December, so purchase now and plan ahead for the very beginning of ski season.
