The Deal

5280 Magazine recently named EDGE Restaurant & Bar in the Four Seasons one of Denver's Top 25 Restaurants, praising the "thoroughly modern spin on tradition" with "creative and great" dishes. Gayot ranks it among its Top 10 Denver Steakhouses and Westword enjoyed its "upscale version of Colorado cuisine." Subscribers can savor a steakhouse feast for two any day of the week for $69, regularly up to $136.

This dinner includes:

• Two soups, salads or appetizers, like a bowl of spring pea soup with creme fraiche, a wedge salad with Maytag blue cheese and bacon, or a classic shrimp and crab cocktail with "atomic" cocktail sauce (up to $19 each)

• Two entrees like the 14-ounce Kansas City strip, the butter-poached Maine lobster or the filet mignon that 5280 calls "perfectly grilled and buttery-tender, no sauce needed" (up to $41 each)

• Two desserts like strawberry shortcake with creme fraiche ice cream, baked Alaska with banana brulee or a selection of seasonal ice creams and gelatos (regularly up to $8 each, excludes white chocolate carrot cake and chocolate tasting plate)
