The Deal

Get ready for the upcoming ski and snowboarding season at the Colorado Ski & Snowboard Expo, an annual event offering exclusive discounts of up to 75% on skis, snowboards, clothing and boots as well as packages from 26 area resorts. For $7 per person, regularly $12, receive one-day admission to the event in downtown Denver. This deal also includes a $10 Liftopia gift card and a one-year subscription to SKI or Transworld Snowboarding magazine.

The event is held at the Colorado Convention Center from Friday, Nov. 2, through Sunday, Nov. 4. Subscribers can browse through 20,000 square feet of exhibitors and enjoy demonstrations, a high-flying trampoline show from The Skyriders! and a climbing wall.

Kids can participate in the Winter Park KidSlope, which gives them a chance to experience sliding on skis on a gently pitched indoor slope. There will also be an interactive physical fitness area where kids of all ages can play, train and challenge themselves on specialized training apparatus (children under 12 years old are free with a paid adult).
