The Deal

The Pairsine Chefs Food & Beer Pairing Competition returns to Denver on June 12, and Travelzoo subscribers can be among the first to get tickets to this microbrew-focused culinary event at the Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield. With this deal, enjoy over a dozen gourmet small plates paired with craft beers for $45 per person, regularly $75.

Sample dishes from top Denver-area chefs and caterers including offerings from Executive Chef Jensen Cummings from Row 14, recently named one of Westword's 10 Best New Restaurants. Chefs will pair their creations with craft beers that recently took gold medals or Best of Show awards at the recent Denver International Beer Competition, including brews from Full Sail Brewing, Deschutes Brewery and Tommyknocker Brewery from Idaho Springs.

Admission to this event includes a souvenir beer chalice, and attendees will get to vote for a People's Choice Chef award for which chef best paired their dish with their chosen beer.
