Friendly waiter.

I'm a resident of Dallas, TX and had never gone to Crossroads or House of Blues. My sister and I dined as a couple - we just wanted to check it out. Because of location, seems more for tourist/vistors. The food was mediocre and atmosphere was more casual and noisy. The Foundation room may be a little different - more upscale dining. I did take a quick peek in The Foundation Room. Did not tour concert area. The Foundation room seem a little creepy. I'm sure others don't have a problem with it, but this venue is not for me.

The live music in the dining room and the personality of the waiter.

This venue needs easier access for handicapped persons who are not in a wheel chair.

The food was outstanding, and the entertainment was first rate!

We were surprised that the menu offered so many choices. We tried several different things, and they were all very delicious. The location is also great! We rode the DART train down from Denton, and House of Blues is near the American Airlines Victory Station and within walking distance of several other area attractions.
