The Deal
Zagat praises the '"inspired brunch"' at Fire Food & Drink in Shaker Square and calls it a "casually elegant" local gem. Chef and owner Doug Katz, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, has been featured in Esquire magazine and also appeared on The Food Network. For $35, regularly $68, two people can sit down to brunch with mimosas on Saturday morning and savor what Zagat calls Chef Katz's “haute-comfort” cuisine.
The Plain Dealer calls the cuisine eclectic American with "influences from around the world." Everything on the menu is made from scratch, including bacon that's smoked in the restaurant's tandoor oven. With this deal, sample anything on the brunch menu:

One order of bread, either homemade sticky buns or clay oven bread with cinnamon sugar
