The Deal

Washingtonian Magazine says of West Virginia's Canaan Valley Resort that few properties "at twice the price can match the variety of fun." This ski deal, exclusive to Travelzoo subscribers, is available for $89 and knocks 45% off the package price of an overnight stay plus daily lift tickets to ski the mountain. Two-night packages for weekdays and weekends are also available with the same extras.

The resort offers plenty of winter pursuits for ski experts and ski bunnies alike. The main mountain has 39 slopes for skiers of all levels and snowboarders. For a more relaxed experience, try snowshoeing, snow tubing or ice skating. End the day with a dip in the indoor whirlpool spa and pick from one of many on-property restaurants.

About this location: The resort is three hours from Washington, D.C.; northern Virginia; Charleston, W. Va.; and Pittsburgh.

Terms and Conditions
Once the room is reserved with the hotel, hotel cancellation policy prevails, and cancellations or changes must be made 3 days prior to arrival. Hotel-imposed penalties may apply. Any unused promotional value credit will be forfeited upon checkout. Parking is complimentary. A resort fee of $6.36 per night is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel.
