The Fine Print

Vouchers can be redeemed starting Saturday, Sept. 24 through March 23, 2012. Limit 1 voucher purchase per person; additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts. Limit 1 voucher per table. Reservations are required. Not valid on holidays or holiday weekends. Valid for dine-in only. Must be used in 1 visit. Seasonal items subject to change. Tax and gratuity are not included. Must be 21 years old or older to drink alcohol. This deal cannot be combined with any other offer, including but not limited to "Pop Program" from OpenTable. No cash value or cash back.

The Deal

The critically praised deca Restaurant + Bar recently received a Bib Gourmand award from the internationally recognized Michelin Guide, and Pat Bruno of the Chicago Sun-Times called his "luxury" dinner at deca a "standout meal" of 2010. For $65, two diners can savor three courses from chef Mark Payne's locally focused brasserie menu along with pre-dinner drinks, regularly $134.

With this deal, diners will receive:

• A pre-dinner beer or cocktail each like the Cherry Blossom Manhattan (made with Hennessy VSOP cognac, lemon juice, cherries and two kinds of bitters) or the Bees Knees (made with Beefeater Gin, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup and fresh strawberries)

• Two flat breads or hors d'oeuvres like steak tartare, lobster risotto or the pork belly flat bread with fresh house-made ricotta cheese

• Two entrees including pan-seared scallops, steak Diane or special plats du jour like beef bourguignon and sole meuniere

• A shared dessert like the lemon tart from Chef Payne's family recipe or the "deca-dent" 10-layer chocolate cake the Sun-Times called "spectacular in every respect"
