The Deal

Metromix recommends you sample the "must-try" Mediterranean dishes in the "romantic, fabric draped dining room" at Sofra Turkish Kitchen of Lakeview. With this deal, two enjoy dinner and drinks for $35, regularly as much as $72.

Take a seat at a table or dine traditionally while reclining on a floor cushion and select:

• Two appetizers like creamy hummus, oven-baked portobello mushroom filled with Turkish cheese and topped with spicy tomato sauce or crispy rolls of pastry filled with feta cheese and parsley (up to $6.95 each)

• Two entrees like the traditional chicken kebab, the popular oven-roasted lamb shank or a vegetarian Turkish Delight made with broccoli, zucchini and mushrooms served over hummus (up to $18.95 each)

• Two beers or glasses of wine including special Turkish offerings like Eres light or dark beer or award-winning Yakut red wine (up to $10 each, excludes liquor)

Also available is the opportunity for four people to dine for $69, regularly $144. Select four appetizers, entrees and drinks and save even more on the experience. Reserve a table on Friday or Saturday and enjoy the bellydancers performing in the dining room.

The $35 voucher is valid for exactly 2 people and the $69 voucher is valid for exactly 4 people. Limit 1 voucher purchase per person; additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts.
