The Deal

Nationally recognized chef Homaro Cantu's iNG Restaurant was praised by Time Out Chicago for its "exciting, genuine" cuisine, and The New York Times called the food, drinks and decor "all over the map, in the best possible way." With this exclusive Local Deal, iNG will serve up a 10-course tasting menu for $99 per person, or book a table for two for $195

These experiences also come with a welcome cocktail per person upon arrival, featuring a choice of either the Kimura cocktail with vodka, St. Germain and grapefruit, a "smoked" Manhattan with atomized scotch and bourbon or a glass of sparkling prosecco; additional drink pairings can be purchased at the time of service for an additional $35. 

Take a seat and enjoy ever-changing dishes crafted by Executive Chef Nate Park and iNG's Director of Culinary Innovation and recent "Top Chef" contestant Chris Jones, which could include:

• A special course featuring taste-bud-changing "miracle berries" and sugar-free foods meant to showcase how this unique berry affects the palate
• A braised beef short rib course with ramps and a cauliflower and truffle puree highlighting seasonal springtime flavors
Rhubarb salad dressed tableside with vinaigrette served from a syringe and presented alongside a "carbonated orange"
Ceviche made with cobia, lime juice, watermelon and radishes

The most recent Michelin Guide recommended iNG Restaurant saying diners should "expect the unexpected." Tasting menus change regularly, and seatings take place throughout the summer on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
