Vouchers can be redeemed starting Monday, Dec. 27, through March 31, 2011. There is a limit of 1 voucher per table. Reservations are recommended. Not valid on New Year's Eve or Valentine's Day. The Deal

For $49, Travelzoo subscribers can indulge in $100 worth of food and drinks at aria in the Fairmont hotel. Zagat gave the contemporary Asian restaurant a 24 rating for its "excellent" and "innovative" cuisine, and it won a 2010 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.

Diners can order anything from aria's refined menu as part of this deal. For example, dinner for two could include:

- Appetizers such as cilantro-cured salmon carpaccio ($14) or pork and shiitake dumplings in a bacon-dashi broth ($12)
- Two entrees, such as Swan Creek Peking duck breast ($27) and wild striped bass ($27)
- Two glasses of wine, such as Isabel Estate Vineyards sauvignon blanc ($12) and Artesa pinot noir ($13)

Desserts ($10) include the Almond Joy, with chocolate ganache, cocoa almond streusel and coconut sorbet, blueberry-almond tartlet and raspberry-lychee terrine .
