$15 - Cruise Lake Michigan on Chicago's Official Tall Ship

The Deal

It's not too late to cruise the waters of Lake Michigan on the Windy, a four-masted, 148-foot schooner that former Mayor Daley named the official flagship of the city of Chicago. For $15 per person, Travelzoo subscribers can sail the lake on one of more than a half-dozen cruises, regularly up to $30.

These tours last between an hour and 75 minutes and are helmed by captains with decades of experience. A few options include:

• The Real Pirates of the Inland Seas excursion, which teaches the history of Great Lakes skullduggery
• The Aaarchitecture Cruise, which reviews the history of Chicago's amazing skyline along with a fast-paced version of the Real Pirates tour
• The Spirit Ships and Haunted Harbors Halloween-themed cruise, which tells tales of ghost ships and supernatural lore on the lakes

Visit the Windy's website for details about cruise schedules and departure times. While this year's season ends in mid-October, these vouchers can be redeemed at the beginning of next year's season, too, all the way through mid-June.
