The Deal

Located downtown in the historic El Paseo Complex, the popular Wine Cask invites Travelzoo subscribers to enjoy local vintages and a three-course dinner for two for $69. Worth $156, the dinner package commences with wine tastings in the Margerum Wine Company Tasting Room and then continues with dinner.

Guests will enjoy two wine tastings each from the daily flight specials, including premium wines from top vineyards around Santa Barbara County as well as imports. The selection was awarded "Best Wine List" by readers of The Santa Barbara Independent.

For dinner, choose any two flatbreads such as the "Thai-One-On" with fresh local rock shrimp and Thai coconut, or the "Nectar of the Gods" with bacon, nectarines and fresh sage. Entrees include the harissa seared tuna, seared rare with Spanish chorizo, manila clams and saffron, or the oven-roasted chicken served with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Finally, share one of six desserts such as the chocolate peanut butter cup created with peanut butter anglaise, peanut brittle and peanut butter whipped cream.
