The Deal

Ojai Valley Inn & Spa has earned the prestigious AAA 5-Diamond Award for the past eight years, and now Travelzoo subscribers can tee off at the resort's championship golf course -- "exceptionally playable from any set of tees," says Golf.com. For $89, regularly $186, play 18 holes with cart, range balls and a post-round beer.

This deal is good for any tee time, including weekends (tee times are subject to availability; book early). The course plays 6,292 yards with a par of 70, rating of 71.0 and slope of 132.

Ojai's course has hosted multiple Senior PGA Tour events, golf legends like Arnold Palmer and Lee Trevino, and celebrities like Bob Hope. Billy Bell and George C. Thomas Jr., who also designed courses at the Riviera, Bel-Air and Los Angeles country clubs, built it in 1923.
