Sunset Magazine names Paso Robles "one of the hottest wine regions in the West," and Details magazine goes so far to proclaim it the "hottest new wine country in America." For $25 per couple, we've negotiated an exclusive wine-tasting experience at Paso Robles' Hearthstone Vineyard & Winery. Two people get a flight of six tastings each, gourmet cheese pairings, a tour of the vineyard and one bottle of wine to take home -- a package that's worth $86.

This deal includes:

• Two flights of six wine tastings of Hearthstone's award-winning wines, like the 2007 Profundo, gold medal winner at last year's San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition

• Gourmet cheese pairings to accompany the tastings

• A tour of the vineyard and property, which features 20 varieties of grapes and spans 40 acres overlooking the scenic Adelaida hillside

• A bottle of wine to take home (up to $24 value), such as a 2005 The Pioneer blend of Syrah, Zinfandel and Primativo or a 2009 Pearl white Rhone wine -- rated 90 points
