Vouchers can be redeemed starting Friday, Sept. 7, through Dec. 7, 2012. Pickup orders ($39 offer) do not need to be placed in advance. Present voucher at pickup. Subject to availability. For delivery ($115 offer), orders must be made online here (further instructions are provided on the voucher). Delivery is available nationwide and is guaranteed fresh, overnight. Delivery is not available to Hawaii. Orders received before 2 p.m. Monday-Thursday will be shipped that same day for next-day delivery. Orders received after 2 p.m. Monday-Thursday will be scheduled to ship on the following day, for next-day delivery. Orders received after 2 p.m. Thursday with Saturday delivery (additional fee applies) selected will be scheduled to ship Friday. Orders received after 2 p.m. Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be scheduled to ship on Monday for delivery on Tuesday (unless Saturday delivery is selected).
