The Deal

Travelzoo subscribers can take to the skies over Massachusetts with this Local Deal from North Andover Flight Academy. For $119, take flight in an R-22 aircraft and get a 50-minute flying experience with an FAA Certified Flight Instructor. This package, normally $210, can be used at either the North Andover or Marlborough airport, less than an hour from downtown Boston.

This deal is valid any day of the week through February and includes:

• Up to 30 minutes of ground instruction that includes a safety briefing and introduction to the helicopter and controls

• Up to 20 minutes of hands-on flying time practicing maneuvers such as climbing, descending and turning with guidance from the instructor

• Logbook

• HD video of the experience to take home (bring along a 2 GB flash drive to save the video)

Vouchers can be redeemed starting Wednesday, Dec. 19, through Feb. 28, 2013. Reservations are required; please call early to ensure availability. Valid at both locations.
